We are pleased to confirm that our entire product line, which comprises solutions marketed to the US government, Department of Defense (DoD), and associated contractors and affiliates, is fully compliant with the NDAA.

In addition, CHIYU does not utilize any SoC (System on Chip) or other components capable of processing software that are on the banned list of NDAA companies;

All of CHIYU's products employ NDAA-compliant chipsets, with the majority of products utilizing in-house developed chips from Taiwan.
